    YES .. but its not Proven Yet.. until full year Financials are released ..
    so doubt + fear Rule in a falling oil world.

    Consolidation ..is Desperation ..to look good ..but it never does .

    usually just lets Traders do more damage to the sp....until strong CASHFLOWS blow them away ..
