    the debt funding deal is the real disaster, those that pushed for this, when the company wasn't really ready, should do the honorable thing, and leave. A really good funding guy or girl needs to be put on the board, and use their contact to get a deal over the line. Even if its an expensive deal, you can always refinance later on. Capital is holding akk back now. Shareholders know management will be putting their hands out soon
