I too will be new to this whole consolidation process, I believe a huge assistance to make it a positive process would be to hear a steady news flow from the company - which unfortunately hasn't been shown yet by AWD. I do believe they can still announce whilst under suspension however the affect would obviously not be shown until re-listing.

I would've surely thought an update or some news would've been released leading up to Friday and this would've helped hold recent gains. Now with a likely SP in the high 2's going into suspension we will need something pretty good for it to relist in double digits (i.e.10.00 cents)

My main concern without news prior to Friday is people who don't want to lock capital up for the month of December, and some who may want to take some off the table to see how it does in fact react upon relisting.
