Apart from individual accumulations occurring, how about larger corporations (mining, hedge funds) building a strategic stake in the project.
Any copper exploration business would love to have a significant holding given the upside potential. A few million outlaid at this stage will pay handsomely in the longer term.
Also, Domestic and International institutions /investors will be wanting a piece of the action.
