The way companies involved with PEP11 were pushing out old news expert reports and blue sky one would have to question the logic behind the constant up ramping including the cash raising prior to drill was seaclam a Con !! or was it a very bad judgement of error by the so-called experts at the highest level and if no info is released shortly from the well drilled than i believe it was a Con.
