Korda will be busy advising the board how to stay out of Corporations Act transgressions while assets are sold and accounts, loans, subsidiaries are sanitised as much as possible. Meanwhile draw salaries, charge fees, maybe send out some resumes, rebury the bodies, avoid all manner of disclosure (even at an EGM).
How long to prepare for the EGM BB and none of this is penetrated. Ask the hard questions and get real answers so the dreamers can move on.
