--Will I still get my 40% of the House Value --to buy a house?
The house I like, has recently dropped down to $630,000 -- so with the Governments 40% contribution of $252,000 -- , I will now have enough to make a bid.... It has been awful quite on the "Finance for Housing front", since Labor won the election---
I hope it wasn't just a ploy to get votes...
