its a bit hard to 'over engineer these rail / port projects' they are what they are, and they are designed for their forecasted outputs. Its just basically heavy rail lines for heavy loads, loading arms at port ..number is again based on forcasted outputs. I see these on paper /plan a lot , there not a great deal between a big one and a smaller one ; just like car with a small engine or a big one with a couple of extra cylinders dropped in.
