    Mitsu have to pay MMX a "residual payment" to gain their 50% interest in JHEP. THe amount will be 50% of the value of JHEP. Obviously that will be very high if OPR goes ahead (no matter who does it) or very low if it doesn't, if they cant agree on a value then an indepent arbitrator does. All the interest are structured under another company Crosslands Resources. Google them to get some info.
    No one will pull out of OPR, why would they, the government have to pay them for it, if they take it off them. I dont think Mitsu will be too worried, Barnett will need their money as well as the Chinese and they will be able to come back in.
