    Looking the selling. Indicates post dividend share price will likely to fell below 58 cents.

    1. Ex div will see price drop 4 cents.
    2. DRP will take 5% off the price. That is estimate about 3 cents.

    Result of that we should see around 6 cents to 9 cents off current price for short term after ex div.
