I think you may overestimate what is "priced in".
BOT at 250mil MC with no fda approval does not get a look from fund managers. It is completely off their screens.
BOT at 1Bil MC with a recent fda approval, strong management and preparing for positive cashflow is a much different animal and meets criteria that more of the market can invest in.
