My understanding of the soft launch is Rad One basically gets it for free for 7 months to trial in one location. Typically IME would provide more hands-on, on-the-ground support than usual and RO gives more feedback and suggestions than if just implementing a new package. Hopefully, RO likes it and take it to the other 9 locations. If not, IME uses what feedback and experience they got to make it better.
