My concern is not that the FHOG is extended but rather that the first home buyers that would not otherwise be in the market except that they have received the FHOG keep their jobs.
I can see a disaster looming if these firts home buyers that have propped up the marker for the last 6 months at least suddenly find themselves without jobs.
