I agree a class action has few chances to succeed.

But even so a class action may trigger some positive actions for us. Its all about applying pressures on the board. And with the publicity perhaps ASIC will feel that he needs to do something and prevent a cheap takeover.

Most admins don't end well but some are a success. Just check AMA that I bought at 4c when I knew who would be administrator. Its now at 0.31 and on its way to be a great company. Again its all about not letting the board choosing the easy way (to put most in their own pocket).
