Low market cap, players set around current levels...and potential company making activity (drilling a major target) about to commence
They have previously found elephant droppings in elephant country, then got themselves set.
Not hard to guess what might be next.
Right commodity, right time, maybe right place.
Purely on the chance of success the market will be happy to pay more than current prices.
Not to mention existing resources.
More upside than downside.
