If people think SAS are going to raise the cost of the constellation with a CR they're completely misguided or deliberately trying to deceive others.
Sure you could issue a few more shares and say raise $10 million to keep on top of costs but an estimated say $150 million?
First the 3 Diamonds need to prove capability and then the $$ start rolling in. You can be sure banks and the like know a good investment when they see one but they will wait until full proof before risking their money. The $ will have to add up. The business model proven and SAS will likely use debt to raise the cost of the constellation.
This is why I don't mind mgmt having a large stake in the company. Why would they want to dilute their own holdings to the tune of over $100 million?
As for the current SP I'm seeing an opportunity. I believe the big boys want to increase their holdings so will try and push this lower to accumulate and take profits on the way.
