ON MARKET Share repurchase plan-now that's a goer
Buying from now and for the next 2-3yrs as the shareprice lags the value accruing and that TAX FREE cash surplus grows.
By Adding to shareholders value with each repurchase by diminishing the shares on issue,which anyone with a brain can see are cheap in the current circumstances.
I'll keep my shares until there's less than a billion on issue,then why would i want to sell?
what's a $250m profit divided by a billion? shares and what would FML shares be worth then?
Certainly not 10c
Couldn't think of a nicer way of adding taxfree value to all shareholders evenly.
Even if they went after 10% that would cost less than $25m
right now.
Think about it BUY FML now and get it paid for next year in profits.
