In response to my fears of a change in the exchange ratio with Intrepid, i recently emailed Brett Lambert and got a very positive response...

"There has been no suggestion that the exchange ratio should be varied even though Intrepid shares are trading above the implied consideration. The feedback from Canada is that the proposed merger is well supported and is part of the reason for the increase in the share price."

This is great news and should result in a good post-merger price for NMC shareholders!
