I think agu has just over 300 million shares. So after the merger, as each agu share will be replaced with 3 pdy shares, there should be an extra 900 odd million PDY shares on issue.
I calculated this using agu MC and agu sp of 2c, as that was the last trade.
I think it will trade under PDY ASX code post merger.
