New to what? You posted on 29/12/2010 that you were "having a look" and no stock held. Then on 5/1/2011 you indicated that you bought 250k @ 2.6 cents, and as far as I can be bothered looking, you have posted and held shares in PDY ever since. Some of the questions you ask, just like this one, have been answered many times, and a simple task like reading any anns. on the merger could have easily answered todays' question.
Obviously a (newby) question, but NOT from a newby.
