I'm not certain, but I think you're calculation is fundamentally flawed. You dont lose 30c from the LOMO sale. That value remains as 50% of the heads. It's still there when you sell the heads. Effectively you're getting the heads for 35c, at a 20c discount. Much better to convert the LOMOs than buy new heads.
