What is there to disclose, finding diamonds is what a diamond exploration company does. Unless the find was exceptional and was of significant importance no need to say boo. We just get on with doing 'what is in the best interest of the company and its shareholders'.
Always nice not to show your hand if at all possible and within the guidelines...
