Unless you where a Hawkes fan it was a shite game to watch.The Dockers powdered out in the first quarter and spent the rest of the game trying to play catch up. They never recovered to get their A game going which took away from the spectacle.

It was said during the call that only 3 teams had won a GF having scored no goals in the first quarter. To their credit they still managed a big premiership quarter.

What a game it might have been had they not been so over oared by the occasion.

They didn't get the best of the umps but thats not why they lost. What was Hill doing kicking blindly across the face of goal in the first place, ridiculous.

It is hard to say who played well but certainly Mundy did. Hopefully they will get another crack at it, at least half the team will be itching to redeem themselves.
