bit of a newbie post that mate, but here are your answers:

If a Big Contract does get signed, they are obligated to announce.

As I've said previously, WHK have missed the boat, they are now in a hugely crowded & competitive market place & don't seem to be doing well.

Look at the basis - the website. When I was a holder & as a small business owner, I went on the website to see how easy it was to use for someone that doesn't no much about cyber security, & it was pretty confusing - so lost my interest, this cannot be under estimated - "ease of use", I'm not dumb but if I didn't find it a positive experience, how many other "sme" style businesses will be the same - this is why that area of the business has let them down.
Govt Contracts in the USA is where Terry should excel & she's done ok, but getting a contract is notoriously long winded & complicated, so doesn't happen overnight.
Commercial Contracts - they've had several collaborations - all seem to have failed. Go check them out from Accenture onwards - none have turned out anything positive.
Australian Ambassador - it was a strange appointment to start, & that's gone nowhere.

Unfortunately this business is a history of missed objectives & it's still got a mkt cap over $30m !
