    First, the current 2c price call is for the old LITCC partly paid shares. They only had a total price of 5c and were paid to 2.1c (I think).

    Any partly paid shares, old or the new ones, can be converted to full shares by paying the full outstanding amount whenever you like. One of my earler posts mentioned that.
