The Recycled UNF with the Uranium needs topping to either bring it back to roughly 4 enrichment (96% of the initial Uranium 235, is still there mixed with actinides that are basically a nuclear poison),laser is ideal for removing these actinides as it only targets U235 centrifuge isn't so good at targeting only isotope and if they want more U235 added to make HALEU then they just enrich further by adding more Uranium235 hopefully from Paducah and it is a clean of so called waste both ends,this would be a win win for Silex and GLE surely? Silex get the royalties at Wilmington which is what was originally proposed and we get to keep the plant running? and Paducah get to enrich Uranium to sell to Wilmington as top up, were we get 25% of the profit and royalties there as well?
