Good Post MichaelIrish, I completely concur for you. I likened someone else's comment to TCL being a car park on wheels. Exactly the type of asset you would want to earn and rightly as you say a PRICE MAKER, the Pension funds have cottoned on ages ago and it's no surprise that investors are paying a premium for these last few infrastructure stocks like SYD and TCL.. Steady growth above CPI is exactly what SMSF's and even other investors want.
In regards to your Insto comment, I'm not hugely familiar with the terms, but for security holders who didn't participate. This seems quite nice to recive a 40odd cent return from the premium sale price doesn't it??
I'm also no technical guru, but this recent strength is reminiscent of the nice little uptrend we saw around the same time last year, (give or take a month or two). Would be nice if we can build up a base here around the $7.50 level. Good times ahead GL all
