Should start to see the Flippers appearing this week - those funds and sophisticated that just participate the make up the numbers in the CR. They get their stock today/tomorrow some may have sold some Friday. Generally they are there to make a quick buck get their capital back and move onto the next stock regardless of a companies fundamentals.So should be a good battle between those that want more stock for long term and the short term sellers exiting for a nice profit. Im expecting this may retrace back into the mid to high thirties but it all depends how aggressive the both sides are. I believ 85% of the raise went to funds with a longer term view , companies that had been canvassed prior and who now know the LVT story , the remaining was sorted on the day. A few people have estimated around 20% so thats basically on the money. The low volume for the size of the raise which VMK mentioned supports this. Enjoy the week !
