I see where your coming from now and why you have ya stance so all good. Ive had a few excessive expense queries that would sit better a few years down the track but im prepared whether right or wrong to buy into LVT now so each to their own. im just saying 30-35 whatever is a much better place to buy this stock in terms of where it was when at 59. cant worry about what happend to the price since last raise , well u can , but u also have to look at whats happened to the company and the figures since I think its in a better position now than when they had the credit raise at 59 thats all. The next ARR ( next week) and 4C will be the real catalyst. Cheers
