Post Raise Craze set to Amaze, page-3

VMK mentioned he/they were attending the LVT USA tour that occurred recently. (VMK posted message on 4/9/19 - 13:49)
Said they were wanting LVT to get some high quality exposure, and would be advocating strongly to do a raise that favours US investors, and leaves Aussie institutions/investors scrambling for a smaller allocation. That the US understands tech much better, and they would be better quality investors with a longer term investment horizon. The trading halt mentions the cap raising will involve a placement to institutional and sophisticated investors. My query is, do these investors have to be Aussies, or can they be from the States?
I have a feeling that VMK may be connected to this Cap Raise. Well done and congrats if this is the case.
Would be nice to hear his views again.
