i think you’ve nailed it, clearly AUSTRALIAN investors were exhausted from throwing in so much cash and in desperation engaged Citi to find some US investors to churn the register . People have been wanting to get out so now they’ve got some new blood
the next 4C is pivotal. I suspect if they had not raised before that it would be in the teens
