Brilliant analysis Magwheels5, thank you. I’ve done my own numbers and put simply I reckon every $100m of ARR is worth $2 per share in terms of the valuation. This may not occur for the first $100m of ARR as they won’t be overly profitable at that stage, but assuming they get to $300m ARR plus then this valuation should definitely apply. I think they are quite likely to get to $500m ARR and $1b plus is certainly achievable over the next decade based on the $13b market size. Obviously on my numbers this would equate to $20 per share. People will look at this and think I’m crazy but the numbers don’t lie and I have loaded in big time on LVT shares to match my projections. I’ll elaborate in more detail in the next few days as to why each $100m in ARR is worth $2 per share.
