    Working hard for the benefit of one shareholder.

    Also I thought it "funny" that they decided to do a review of their mining service business. When they went into that sector I thought, "WTF guys? Stick to your knitting." So much money wasted.

    I haven't decided how I'll vote yet, but I think the deal sucks balls.
