    Obviously covid has taken a sword to markets around the world, especially commercial property.

    Just thinking out loud what folks thoughts are on Arena from here moving forward.

    Childcare centres didnt reallllly shutdown all that much, certainly less kids but probably not enough or for long enough to mean you can't pay rent.....
    I imagine they cut staff etc too to reduce costs with less kids coming in. The early learning centre down the road from me (in WA) was heaving this week, kids spilling out over fences/play equipment, going apesh*t

    The Healthcare component of the portfolio certainly has to pay its rent....

    That deferred payment, going to reduce debt or a bigger payout next one?
