I think the SP is oversold, it is in line with the 30% drop by banks and other REITs, but investors are still very nervous until they publish an update on deferred payments.
CQE is very similar case, they've not deferred, however have sold off some NZ assets are doing a capital raise and sililarly affected ATM.
I advised my son to buy CQE because really do not understand why directors at ARF keeping us waiting for so long. Feeling frustrated.
