In any event the ordinary holder is worse off in terms of dilution and value than before the SPP unless they own a minimal amount of shares.
How the share price reacts after all the shares are allocated and people get around to selling them will show how good or bad the result finally is.
And remember, with the increase in shares outstanding the company will have to increase reserves, sales,and the market will have to increase the value of the shares by more than the % increase in the shares outstanding to have done any good.
For example a 10% increase in shares outstanding with a 10% in reserves justs makes the company bigger with no actual added value per share............
