Short term is good if the apartments are empty for the next 10 yrs, so there will be more land appreciation, as everyone prefer to live on land. But in long run, those empty apartments will be fully occupied as population expand in the next 20 yrs. By then the land is going to be much more costly to own. sure some correction here & there in properties. But we are here to live in long run.
