    GWR is a company maker in its own right.

    We shareholders should never lose sight of this. Lets get the capital raising going and let the company release its upgrades. Capital will soon flow and this great company will thrive.

    My hope is that we GWR shareholders stay strong and support the "independent" directors and keep this company GWR and turn it into a first class major producer. REJECT THE FAS TAKEOVER OFFER
