FAS already has 33% and climbing, whether it takes a week, a month or a year. FAS will get GWR. Remember, there are a a still a few big holders who haven't played their hand yet, and a lot more options out there that are more likely than not to be in the hands of the FAS supporters.

If Fas doesn't get the biggest bite of the cherry this time, they'll buy up GWR shares on market, and when they are certain of their numbers, they'll come in for a second bite.

You underestimate the persistance of the people involved, they're not going to just turn their backs and walk away. They have way too much riding on this.

You can by all means, make a stand, and go down fighting and screaming like a man being lead to the gallows, But in the end it's inevitable. You might as well hold your head up high, take a deep breath and resign yourself to what lays before you.

At least you'll be able to maintain your dignity.
