I don't think it's an overestimate. do your research, who is holding all the options? The larger numbers are with Mr Rudd, Mr Wilson, 7million options between them, as well as 1.6 million shares. so 8.6 million whats that? about 6 or 7% at a rough guess. add that to the 33% and it brings it to 40%
