Hi mitta,
I've started looking apon those upthrusty things when there is potential strength behind and on lower volume, as an upThrust masquerading as a Test, sure there is probably a little no demand in the top tail as well (no real damage without weakness behind), but a test or the intention to test.
Is the boat question, "the rudder".......Direction.
