And therefore they rejected the $6.88 opportunistic offer and accepted $6.80 offer and straightaway CR which gives opportunity to Hony to buy as discounted price of $3.85 and make Hony average price to be below $6/share. If this is the case, I really don't see how this isbringing to most value to STO shareholder.
P.S. I believe that the share price still will hold up filmly after CR, but this is still far away from the $6.88 we should have at least pocketed. Is STO leading us through the muddy road, or there is something we misinterpreted to see the real picture.
