A "premium"...Not at all when you consider they are already a shareholder and are entitled to get the shares at $3.85 as well. I don't put any weight on that takeover offer, good for the press but doesn't change fundamentals of the company.
I don't think a major shareholder would pay a premium for shares in a company with such a negative sentiment. History tells us companies like looking after major shareholders and it is always the retail or little guy that suffers..
