lots of chat around this CR, many believe they are struggling to get any institutions onboard, I wouldn't be surprised to see an announcement offering shares in a SPP to existing holders at 30 cents to possibly pick up the shortfall of shares, could be up to 200 million shares available to existing holders, perhaps they could throw in 1 oppie convertible at say 50 cents for every 10 purchased, what's everyones thoughts on this idea
