I know this discussion is going off tangent. It was in response to Mechanic referring the car industry.
He seems to think Chinese are going to take on the world making quality premium products. In time they will but still very much playing catchup IMO.
I am not going any further with this line of thought, it was always a passing remark like a debate about how large an EV industry will be. How long is a piece of string?
