5 months of background negotiations ,despite all the claims made by" oilers "as you so aptly named and banished ,despite all the claims of knowing, not one leak that lay claim to knowing about the deal thats just been announced I do however note there are those who claim high levels of impurity where reality says given recovery rates all Li has some level of impurity but my belief is built around reasonable quality and the big one "reliable supply" thats the important component for a viable line of supply to the point of sale--darkest before the dawn
