my understanding is that there is some ambiguity re TTS...

    my understanding is that there is some ambiguity re TTS entitlement to compensation. I read the legislation years ago.

    My recollection is that they only get compensated if an "equivalent licence" to the one TTS is giving up is issued to a third party. That does not appear to be the case here.

    Therefore - chances are no compensation.
