I think the upside also limited due to the facts that AGO has some hedge position and rebate to contractors if I.O price stays above certain levels.
Don't expect net positive cash position until end of March quarter as the earliest.
But a good example is WHC, you don't need to be net positive cash position, just need good operating cashflow and show that your cash position improving. Then share price will speak for itself.
I bought WHC at 40c, sold at 70c. Today over $3.
If AGO can extend its mines' life, that will be a significant booster.
