Coffs harbour if u can afford the houses, temperatues are reasonable, if u dont mind remote living other side around shark bay.
Country areas around canberra isnt half bad. Lots of good sized towns, good infurstruature, close to sydney, good IT provisions for day trader-investors.
Always somewhere like broome or burke or some of those desert areas ( high temperaturs though)
