i think that banks are now willing to extend or alreday extended centro loan why?? due to following reasons..

1. They are throwing lifeline to B&B ofcourse they dont want to take another big hit after afg, abc.

2. Interest rates are predicted to be going down tomrow by 1% in aus and further drop in first quater next year.

3. They will maintain the same position as now where they are earning money by lending rather than no money untill assets are sold with cost associated.

4. Why GR will be making plans to work from US if its already over or no chance (reading between lines).
